    Dont Knock it if you havent tried it!! Roma Pizza in carlisle has some of the best food in central pa.. I’ve read negative things about them, but if you havent tried it, you are missing out big time…

    Im very picky about anything edible, and I cant find one bad thing to say about Roma.. French fries, chicken, pizza, subs, bolis, and even funnel cake-fries are all AWESOME. and even tho they arent known for their cheeseburgers, their burgers are freakin awesome too… On a 1 – 10 scale, Roma easily scores a 9.25 maybe 9.5 .. No-ones perfect but their food is KILLER!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

    Well I ordered a Steak stromboli, due to the fact I don’t eat ham. When I called and tried to explain that they messed up, they blamed my wife saying she ordered it wrong. Telling me she called it a boli, for one she has never in her entire life called a stromboli a bole, [redacted] I will Never return to, or call them for anything again. They have lost yet another customer.

    There are a ton of pizza places in Carlisle, but I tried Roma Pizza recently, and it is definitely one of my favorites. We have probably ordered from there 4 or 5 times since they’ve opened, and have tried their pizza, cheeseburger subs, and salads – loved all of it! I am a very picky pizza person, and I rarely rave about the pizza around here, but it is very good. I would definitely recommend this place!

    I’ve eaten both at the restaurant and had delivery and each time it’s been delicious. Delivery was here on time with hot food. Good pizza and good subs at decent prices!

    Okay…I admit I was a bit harsh in my original review, but we did have literally everything wrong with our meal. It was upsetting. But I’m a fair person, I will give your business another chance. I will contact you AFTERWARDS. I don’t think it would be fair to contact you beforehand so that you can give my order “extra special attention”.

      Okay, I revisited the restaurant, ordered EXACTLY the same items as the first visit (just to be fair).
      I stand by my original review. Two items improved…this time there was bacon on the bacon cheeseburger sub, and they didn’t give me a “hot” cold roast beef sub. Besides that, everything else was the same. Still can’t seem to get Caesar dressing when you order Caesar dressing. This time I got Italian. The calamari was inedible. And there were shells throughtout the seafood Alfredo. I thought I broke a tooth at one point.
      This restaurant is just bad, they cannot get an order right to save their life, the food is really very bad, and I would never recommend for anyone to go to this restaurant.
      I’m sorry this didn’t turn out how either of us wanted it to, but I’m hoping people read this and STAY AWAY!

    I was so looking forward to loving this new restaurant in my neighborhood. My first visit turned out to be an utter disappointment. Spent $53.89…ordered fried calarmari rings, they were barely breaded and barely fried – not edible- had to throw them out. 2 orders of seafood alfredo, tasted good, but lots of shells – very hard to eat. they came with salad, I ordered caesar dressing – what I got was plain oil (seriously?), ordered a bacon cheeseburger sub – there was no bacon on the sub, ordered a cold roast beef and cheese sub with lettuce, mayo and onions, they toasted the sub. how in the world can you mess up a cold roast beef sub??? This was not a phone order…I walked in to place this order. I talked SLOWLY, I went over everything TWICE, I watched as she wrote it down, and there was someone watching her. So the problem was the cooks, not the order taker. Will not go back, will NOT recommend. In fact will talk this place DOWN all I can. Sorry guys, this is what happens when you don’t that care in what you are doing. You couldn’t get anything right with this order, really????

If it would not be for comments made by customers we business owners would not know where our employees make errors. As you may know this establishment is fairly new and it had only been open several weeks and there will be glitches here and there, but as a successful business owner I have several successful locations it is my job to make sure that everything goes as smooth as possible. Most importantly satisfying My customers and making sure that they get their moneys worth. We use top quality products, do not use the cheapest product on the market, and have had a great feedback on the newly established business Roma Pizza. It is hard to satisfy 100% of the customers that will come to your location. I have learned that with being in business for many years. But, that does not mean a business owner should not care, as a matter of fact I do care that is why I am replying to your comment I would like to number one as a serious and correct business owner make up for your disappointments.
