I phoned in an order for a pepper and onion pizza. I got there to pick it up and it was pepperoni. Mistakes happen, but three different employees tried to get me to take the pepperoni pizza. The last of the three had taken the pizza, added onions, stuck it back in the oven for a minute and tried to get me to take it. It was a Friday night, the place was packed, I guess they were too busy to care about one wrong order. Finally they made me a new pizza. After waiting 20 minutes in a crowded restaurant, I got my pepper and onion pie, for which they charged me full price. I’ve switched to Luigi’s, much better pizza.
This is probably my favorite pizza in Carlisle. Though my boyfriend insists it depends on who’s making the pizza. I consistently enjoy my pie from Miseno’s II. The pasta is not bad although now that Luigi’s has reopened you might want to try there for pasta. I also like the bolis and sandwiches.
Great place, great food drinks atmosphere mixed young to old. They make you feel all warm and fuzzy. I compare it best to New York Pizza Italian food. Wish they would open a place on the carlisle pike in mechanicsburg.
I have gone here twice in the last month and tried their ‘bambino’ pizzas (personal size). They were very nice, great crust, nice sauce, the right amount of toppings.
The guys that went to lunch with me got subs and say they were very good too.
I love this place. Everything is really good and you get a lot for your money. I’ve had pizza, boli, pasta, salads, and sandwiches. Never been disappointed!
I am gettnig to like this place. Good value for money with their sandwiches.
