I finally went back to this lil caesers to give it another try, should have never done that. My pizza was very poor quality vs other lil ceasers & [as were] the wings. [edited]

We arrived at the Little Ceasars in Carlisle between 8:30 – 8:45 to get 2 pizzas. The open sign was on and the hours listed on the door were they were open until 9:00. This was on a Wednesday night. The doors were locked and they were cleaning up for the night. If the hours are until 9:00 then they should be open until 9:00, not closing early! As we were leaving another car drove up and parked and these people I’m sure discovered the same thing. We took our business somewhere else!

Sorry about your experience, we apologize for the misunderstanding… the posted hours are til 9 o’clock but we do close the lobby an hour earlier than the drive through. There is a sign beneath the hours which expresses this, I am sorry if it isn’t as clear as should be.

Pizza is good for the price. Not my favorite pizza joint, but it’s good on a budget. Don’t go through the drive through if there’s a line. It seems like they wait on the customers inside first. We usually go inside to place our order. Wings are not good at all.. especially for what they charge. And if you buy the cheesy bread you don’t get dipping sauce with it unless you ask and pay extra for it. And they’re slogan : Hot and ready…. not always. I have had to wait several times for food. Even though they’re weren’t slammed, I waited for an average of 10-15 minutes for my order.

My family will never EVER enter this particular location due to a customer issue created by the owner of this location. Lil Ceasers are pretty much the same where ever a location is present & a good value, but ownership at this Carlisle location has decided that a replacement cheese bread at a $4.00 retail that was offered to my family due to an order error was rescinded by the owner a week later because “he thought this situation over & decided that if he gives out a $4.00 bread to correct an error, in which he offered a week earlier, will cause him not to make money & could cause the business to prematurely close???…actual quote & call me at home to tell me this…Please support other Lil Caesers or ANY other Carlisle pizza place, my family & friend will!!
