Chicken soup?  Ramen Noodles (the in-the-bag kind)?  — No!

This is your real ramen noodle joint.  Open, airy, ZEN!  If you are looking for some asian noodles, this may be the best place to go, even in the region.

The noodles are made each day right in the shop.  These are also the same owners (and connected to) Casa Mani.  Enjoy!

I’ve tried almost every dish on the menu, and liked or loved them all, until this visit. The “special” I ordered turned out to be way too hot (it was not described as a spicy hot dish), with no other flavor, and the chicken tasted funny (off, possibly bad). After I explained the problem and asked for something else, the server brought my replacement dish, but also brought back the one I couldn’t /wouldn’t eat back to the table in a to-go box and informed us that someone would have to take it. I’ve NEVER been to a decent restaurant that expected you to pay for a dish that you sent back to the kitchen. We didn’t want to make a big deal of it, since many in our group eat there regularly. You’d think they would treat regular customers better than that. On top of it, they absolutely refused to ring up our checks separately at the register, as they always have done before–apparently a new policy. Again, as often as we’ve eaten there, you’d think they would be accommodating. It’s going to be a while before we consider spending our money there again.

    My favorite place in Carlisle!!
Their ramen noodles are very authentic, true to real ramen in Japan.
    Very cool interior.

Love this place! They have great vegetarian options. The prices aren’t too bad at all. I also get their food take-out whenever I want to spend the night in with good food and a movie!

Agreed. This place has the best noodles around. The Okinawa Yaki Soba is simply AMAZING.

Simply great. Every dish is prepared fresh and served piping hot. The spring rolls are awesome. Highly recommended!

One of my absolute favorite places in Carlisle. I love number ten: Vietnemese noodles with egg rolls: it’s served cold- great for summer!

The food is delicious, yes — but hold on to your receipt! I just realized they billed my credit card an extra $8 over the price of my lunch. Not cool.

Great food..just what Carlisle needed. I’ve been 3-4 times since they’ve opened. Love the thai iced tea and I MOST reccomend the Lemongrass Beef Curry!!! Yum.

The nice thing about this place is they usually try to accomodate your taste in the noodle since it is made to order. Some of their specials are a little spicier and if you ask them to make something spicy they will. Be careful because when they say spicy they mean it! Otherwise do your own spice with the condiments onthe table. Wait staff is friendly but a little absent minded. Have waited 20 min for a box and 15 min for a drink when the waitress was standing at the counter doing nothing. I love the food and takeout is good so I will keep going back. The chow fun special last week was fantastic. I don’t know what the broth is that they give with the specials but is fantastic.

Carlisle now has a recently new addition, well new to me anyway!!! They have been open for 11 months according to one of the owners (husband). I read about the opening in the newspaper prior to the opening date, I then read something about it, then I happened to be driving by (hungry) and saw it!!!!!!! Yes, I found it, not looking but I found it. I am sooooo glad I found this place. From the moment I walked In Iwas in love. Love before the first bite! At the time of our visit they seemed to be a bit busy or short handed. It’s ok if handeled properly and it was!!!! The food was fresh, awesome flavor and even short handed the service was great. I have one sentence that will serve as my review. Get there now before I get your seat and your waiting in the cold!! Yes it is that good,,,no no…not the bag o noodles dumb dumb this is the real deal!!!

Love this place. Everything hot and fresh. Prices are very reasonable. Love their thai ice tea. Unfortunately not BYOB.
