Best Restaurant in Carlisle, Food is always good. Waitress, cooks, all employees are super friendly and treat you like family. I could eat there everyday the food is reasonable, the service excellent and never have had a bad experience in there once and I am a regular customer there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A must to visit when in the Carlisle area. If you don’t you are really missing one of the best restaurants in this town.
hot chee isn’t for everybody never liked it never will
I have not lived in PA for a number of years, but the Hamilton is a MUST stop when I visit. Since I was a kid, Hot-chee dogs have been a favorite. Best dogs on the planet! We even stopped there once for Hot-chee dogs, on the way to a Christmas dinner! They’re that good!
If you have not tried the Hot-chee dogs you don’t know what you’re missing, the onions are like snowflakes, the BEST DOG in the country ! ! Stop by if your in Carlisle PA, all the food is outstanding, great service and very fast too! Can’t wait to return for the Mopar Nationals next year and catch upon some outstanding food !
Best breakfast place!!!! The french toast is TO DIE FOR. Also- love the feta and tomato omelet. Served with perfectly cooked potatoes. For lunch, try the Greek Salad with chicken. Wonderful. We eat here once a week. Have tried many other breakfast places- they don’t compare. Fast friendly service, although we have never been in a hurry to leave! Love this place!!

I would vote them as a 5 star
cant say ive strayed far from the hotchee burger in my time eating there, probably cause its so damn good. food comes quick too. a burger for 225 served in under 10 minutes? you can get 3 of them for the price of a combo meal at any fast food chain and it will take you about as long. on top of that, they are unbeatable.
The best breakfast place in town! Good food, low prices. The tomato feta omelet is my favorite.
The Hamilton is hard to beat. There is nothing on the menu that is not good. Very consistent. Comfort foot at it’s best. My favorite go-to restaurant in Carlisle hands down.
This is a Carlisle institution. Hot-chee dogs, burgers, omellettes etc. If you don’t know what hot-chee is stop by and have Athan make you a dog. Milkshakes and clubs are quite good as well.
