I found a folded up Band Aid in my Beef Lo Mein I purchased at New Great Wall Chinese Restaurant (1225 Ritner Highway, Carlisle Pa 17013). When I called and ultimately took the food back they were extremely rude and only refunded my money AFTER I threatened to call the Department of Health on them. Then they rudely told me to never come back. That’s not a problem since I didn’t plan on it anyway.
