We, my Familie and friends have frequented this dinerbmany times. We have had Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and have not had a bad Meal there yet. We go there every two Sundays for Brunch some want Breakfast some want Lunch. We Love the place hands down the best value for your money. The owner is very friendly and goes out of his wsy to make you happy. I am sure that if you had some dispute he would take care of it emediatly and to your complete satisfaction. I can only say good things about this Dinner and recommend it to all my friends, I would not do this if I had received bad Food or service.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! All of the food is delicious that I have had. We go there often for breakfast. Very affordable. It was very busy and we went elsewhere today and made a BAD choice.. no place better for breakfast in carlisle!! YUMM!!
Yes – everywhere this weekend was busy. This weekend was the Corvette show in Carlisle. It does really help out our local restaurants!
Went there for lunch today and had a wonderful meal. Had a patty melt and it was made just right, not too greasy, crispy bacon (definitely real bacon). I asked for the fries to be well done and they came out perfect. I will definitely go back.
I went to this dinner for Ham and Green Beans and it was bad. I don’t know what spices they put in it but it was bad. I am very Irish and love ham and green beans and this sure wasn’t it.
I haven’t gone back since.
This by far is the worst meal I have ever eaten. I wish I could run this place for 1 week and teach them what real food is to sell..I ended up eating french fries and lettuce for my supper. And they need to teach the waitresses not to call everyone “Hon” at least 10 times….If you like this food you obviously have not had a good down home cooked meal.
We just had breakfast there today. The scrapple was not pork but beef and had an awful liver flavor. The sirloin steak was not worth the money and did not come medium as ordered, but well done. We also found out that the sausage is turkey sausage and the ham is turkey ham. Apparently the owner is from another country and does not do pork.
Have only been there for breakfast. For the service and price there is nothing better in Carlisle that I know of. Wished it were closer to our home (and it would get even more business from us).
my husband and i moved here in aug. of 2009 from new jersey, we stoped in the diner and had breakfast. we thought the food was very good. the price was great. the people were very friendly, and the service was very good.
Management here really cares! Good food at a good price. When you go, say hello to Jose, the hardest working person on the staff.
Went here today for breakfast for the first and last time! Food was OK, not stellar, service SUCKED! Waitress took our order for drinks, went to 2 other tables that sat after us, took them all their drinks first, then finally brought one of our drinks, then about 5 mins later returned with the drinks for the other 2 at our table. Will return to our usual diner for the service and food!
I go here all the time. Food and service are both good & consistent. Best diner in the area by far!
