First visit was terriffic (right after they first opened). Great meal in fresh setting for Carlisle.
Second visit was “okay”- the food quality went down somewhat but still decent.
Third visit was less than acceptable. I ordered prime rib after asking the waitress her honest opinion on the quality. Prime rib is a feature item on the menu so after she raved about it I had to order it. I ordered the “cross roads (largest) cut rare. The prime rib came back done medium/medium-well. The cut was medium-sized at best and the flavor was “fair” at best. My wife got ravioli in lobster sauce. It was not fresh at all. It appeared all frozen ingredients and little if any lobster in the sauce. She only ate a few bites and that is all she would eat. The waitress was very apologetic and removed the ravioli from the bill. She was very nice and understanding and we appreciated her consideration. She quoted that people come from all over for their prime rib…. If so, these people are absolutely clueless. I hope this place can recover because it is really a unique little restaurant for Carlisle.

A co-worker bought me a gift card for this restaurant and I’m glad she did. It came highly recommended by others. Had the best filet mignon, salad was great, rolls were fresh, atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant.
Don’t miss the flan (three little puddings w/ raspberry sauce) for dessert.
we’ll definitely be back. The lunch menu looked enticing.

We have been there several times for lunch and for dinner with friends and found the food to be fresh and good. Service is good now a little slow at first, but good. A cozy little resturant leaning toward up scale and they are happy when you BYOB.

Have not been yet. I have had heard mixed reviews from friends. Seems to be still finding its feet. No website, no introductory promotion. I need to get over there before it closes.
