I’m here today and checked your tile flooring at the entry through to the bar and bathrooms. Disgusting! They are still sticky and sooty looking with dirt lining the entire parimeter of the flooring. Please provide a cleaner environment in your flooring area….

I want to see my local Bob Evans stay top-notch because
I always want to eat here instead of Cracker Barrel because the food is more like my down-home idea. However, Carlisle’s entry flooring and across the bar area and in bathrooms feel sticky and dirty and have black spots that appear like dirty cigarette soot spots giving the floor all the more a feel of dirtiness and a wonder of whats happening in the kitchen hygenically. Look close and all around edged of flooring soot and dirt keeps building up –not really cleaned.
The food still presents well but today a black “thing” appeared in my granddaughters mashed potaoes. She picked it out with an “ewwww” and refused to each any further. It first was the shape of a coch roach but waitress determined likely “grill debris”.
Also, each time I come in I’m invaribly sat at a just washed table that would take days to dry off. Just liools likes it was sopping wetted and walked away. Tables can be washed effectively with a more rung out cloth so my clothes and arms dont get wet sitting down to the table.

Went in for lunch about two weeks ago.and ordered 4 meals. only the breakfast meal was good and the iced tea tasted moldy. After this display of poor sanitation I would not return there again, Generally indications of poor management and service though they did replace my bad tea with a cola. no response from management at all.

The worst service ever experienced from my favorite breakfast spot. My waitress was the epitome of deplorable, dysfunctional customer service. My server’s name was Coral. (Yes, I am name dropping) I had to prompt her for a refill of my water and hot cocoa twice. She was more concerned with attending to the needs of her phone while standing behind the customer eating bar, chatting w/another gentleman who was doodling on a sketch pad on the other side of the partition who never ordered any food. And she never once came back to my table to see if I needed anything after bring my food. Coral is a very inattentive waitress not upstanding of Bob Evans quality. She is the pits. I will ask for another server, or leave to visit another restaurant if she is the only one servicing the morning shift again.
