The best sub I have ever eaten! Fresh, clean, tasty, and a great value! Service was fast and polite. My only advice would be to run several ads explaining you are the American Hero and not [another place]. Reason is that numerous people including myself have recieved rude service and bad food from [the other sandwich shop (editors note/adjustment)].
Their food is great. But how they have the inexpensive tag is beyond me. They are quite expensive.
I guess I tagged it that way – since $5 for a decent sub is pretty good. Think moderate is better?
A gem of a place! This place should be on diners, drive-ins and dives… it would fit into the dive category but they pump out some awesome grub! I (and friends and family) eat at this place several times a month. I would recommend the G8 or G11. Fresh ingredients, the bread is awesome, the fries are awesome, wow! It is amazing how good the food is. You’ll find yourself going back…
It is a small shop, some seating but a little run down. However, don’t let that sway you away from the food. I have not tried their pizza (which is relatively new) – but I do grab a sub for lunch about once a month.
My fav’s? The G4 (Roast Beef Grinder) and the Italian – don’t remember the number combo for that one.
